Meet The Team
Dan Oliver, Owner
Originally born in the UK, Dan has lived in New Zealand since 2012. Married to Michaela, with a Kiwi daughter named Nalah, Dan has spent a career in the building industry and is extremely passionate about leaving a positive mark on the New Zealand housing market.
Having worked in a senior role for one of New Zealand’s leading group home builders, Dan wanted to utilise an industry network to bring something a little different to the New Zealand market, with a focus on an integrated develop and build offering to ensure customers could rely on a single partner to help realise their own project goals.
Dan is extremely proud to live and work in New Zealand and firmly considers it home.
